While House Republicans are united behind HR2 to secure the border, and a companion bill has been introduced in the Senate by Ted Cruz with 30 co-sponsors, North Carolina RINO Sen. Thom Tillis is conspiring with SC RINO Sen. Lindsay Graham and Democrats to castrate it and continue the destructive Biden border policies. They have formed a new Senate "gang" to create a wek-kneed rival plan that is likely to contain at least some form of amnesty for illegal aliens.

It might or might not have been the Mexican cartels that Tillis is fronting for, but it is some special interest. Tillis is NOT representing his constituents in his illegal immigration schemes but fronting for special interests. In doing so, Tillis is costing taxpayers hundreds of billions of dollars. He is a disgrace to North Carolina and to the Republican Party, and an enemy to hardworking American taxpayers.

Polling shows that opposition to illegal immigration is one of the most potent issues Republicans have against Democrats in 2024. Elections in Europe also shows it works very well against the left. Why in the world is Tillis trying to throw this away for the GOP? Whose side is he on?

The last state Republican convention overwhelmingly passed a resolution censuring Tillis for his many votes and actions against the Republican platform. This is just the latest example. One wonders how many pesos the Mexican migrant smuggling cartels are dumping in a bank account for Terrible Thom somewhere? NEVER TILLIS
