"Woke" Planet Fitness is going down the same path as Bud Light by putting a "woke" ideology ahead of what its customers want. Many of its women members are outraged that Planet Fitness is requiring them to share locker rooms and showers with biological men and are sounding off about it. As a result, their stock prices are dropping, so they are now also violating their fiduciary duty to their shareholders.

Shareholders of companies with woke management that violate their fiduciary duties to shareholders by trashing shareholder value in order to promote the woke agenda need to be sued by shareholders for that loss in shareholder value. It is just nuts that rogue management can get away with screwing their shareholders like this.
