Biden declares War on Women with his Title IX regulation changes | Eastern NC Now

Title IX was adopted by Congress half a century ago to protect womens equality in sports and in academic areas.  Now in a brazen War on Women, the Biden regime is attempting to impose new regulations that turn that landmark law on its head, totally at odds with the clear language of the law.  Womens groups vow to take Biden to court for his undermining their status.

The regulations announced by the Biden regime would eliminate protections for biological women and replace them with protection against discrimination "based on stereotypes, sexual orientation, gender identity, and sex characteristics" but NOT againt disrimination based on actual biological sex.  Biden is trying to use executive fiat to rewrite language that was passed by Congress to push his own sick ideological agenda.

As another part of the fightback against the far left's War on Women's sports, when a biological male was allowed to participate in womens track and field events in West Virtiinia because he claimed he thought he waa a women, the real women then refused to compete in the events.
