RFK,Jr. warns that authoritarian WHO "pandemic treaty" is imminent | Eastern NC Now

power grab by China-controlled UN agency over American citizens

ENCNow

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has warned that a new World Health Organization (WHO) "treaty" that would grant extensive powers to the WHO over those of our own government, is imminent.  This is particularly worrisome because WHO Director General Tedtos, a former Ethiopian foreign minister with no medical training, was installed in a campaign directed by Red China.  Since then, the WHO has been in lockstep with Chinese policy.

The current language of the WHO "pandemic treaty" is being kept under wraps, but previous drafts have given the WHO broad powers when they declare a pandemic that supersede the powers of national governments.  There are no protections for human rights and liberties in those drafts.  Those drafts also contend that the president signing it is all that is necessary to make the US subject to its jurisdiction.  Biden regime figures involved with this treaty have made no significant public disagreements with its contents.

There two huge red flags Constitutionally on this "treaty".  Under the US Constitution, a treaty that is binding upon our country MUST be approved by 2/3rds of the US Senate.  Biden appears to be working to unconstitutionally bypass the US Senate as Obama did with the Paris Climate Accords.

One would hope that Trump would cure that by getting it rejected by the Senate, as he should have done with the Paris Climate Accords.

The other problem Constitutionally is that public health is a function of state and local government, NOT the national government.  The states can and should tell WHO to go get stuffed.

Biden seems supportive of this WHO power grab.  Trump should make that a campaign issue, and states should formally tell the WHO that their "treaty" does not apply in that state.  They could even go further and make it a criminal offence in the state for anyone to come there are try to enforce the WHO "treaty".  That was almost tried once in the 1790s when Georgia was very upset over a US Supreme Court ruling and one house of the state legislature passed a bill to make it a felony punishable by death by hanging without benefit of clergy for anyone to come into the state of Georgia and try to enforce that SCOTUS ruling.  Maybe that is going too far, but a nice long prison sentence at hard labor would be a good deterrant, too.
