Twenty five states led by West Virginia are suing the Biden regime over the Biden EPA's new draconian rules for existing power plants that threaten the statibility of the electric grid and the affordability of electricity for consumers.  The Biden apparatchiks put the climate cult ahead of consumers and citizens.
