Brit Hume gets the last laugh
There exist in the political game entities that constantly engage in political spin but style themselves "fact checkers". These entites are on the left side of the political spectrum. One of the most notorious calls itself PolitiFact It was originally organized by the most left wing large newspaper in Florida, the St. Petersburg Times, and subsequently funded by George Soros, among others.
When prominent journalist Brit Hume described Joe Biden as "senile" after an interview with him, PolitiFact responded with a "fact check" that rated Hume's description as "false". In trying to politically protect Biden, PolitiFact also charged that the remark was "ageist". Now, PolitiFact's defense of Biden has blown up in their face and Hume has the last laugh. He is rubbing it in on Twitter / X.
