A federal judge has struck down an attempt by the Biden regime to impose "gender identity" regulations in the medical field. They claimed the Obamacare legsilation gave them authority to do that. Fifteen states sued to block those administrative rules, and a federal judge in Mississippi has now entered a preliminary injunction against the Biden admnistration prohibiting it from enforcing those rules anywhere in the country.

The same process has been happening with Biden's attempt to rewrite TItle IX of the 1972 Civil Rights Act to make it protect "gender identity" and "sexual orientation" instead of women as Congress originally wrote it. So far, 26 states have sued to block that in multiple cases. Three federal judges have already heard applications for preliminary injunctions to block that rule and all ordered those preliminary injunctions granted. So far, that protects 14 states, with other hearings yet to be heard on the others.

Transgenderism costs votes. According to the election postmortems, leaders of the Scottish Nationalist Party are saying thet their previous leader Sturgeon's vocal push for transgenderism was rejected by voters in Scotland and was largely responsible for the party's major losses in the British election, where they dropped from 48 seats to just 9 in the British parliament.

Biden's trying to make law through the executive branch is an attack on democracy. Legislative power is supposed to be in the legislative branch. Our govenrment is supposed to have a Separation of Powers. Stopping the Title IX abomination of boys in the girls restrooms and locker rooms and on girls athletic teams is most important. It is good that 26 states are suting to stop it, It is maddening that our own far left Attorney General Josh Stein has failed to sue on behalf of North Carolina girls. We certainly do not need this radical leftwinger Stein as our governor.
