girl has now de-transitioned and back to living as a girl
Colorado parents have sued their school district for gender tranisitioning their 14 year old daughter without their knowledge or permission. The daughter was suffering from depression and anxiety when a school counselor arranged for her to use a boys name and identity at school and flagged her school record so that school personnel would not tell her parents. The school counsellor also set her up with a transgender therapist who was also transgender and recommended hormone therapy and breast removal surgery. The girl, who is now 16 came to her senses, realized she is actually a girl and told her parents what had been going on. Now they are suing the school district.
The Biden-Harris regime is attempting through Title IX rules to force school districts to do exactly what this district is being sued for.

Biden-Harris Title IX "rules" that stand Title IX as passed by Congress on its head are being challenged by lawsuits from 26 states, but NC is the only southeastern state not challenging the rules. THat is due to our far left state Attorney General Josh Stein who supportes this gender bender nonsense.
