Texas launching criminal crackdown on registering of illegal aliens to vote

After conducting undercover operations to gather evidence, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has announced a wide ranging criminal investigation of organizations that are registering illegal aliens to vote. Paxton said Texas would be prosecuting the illegal aliens it found had registered to vote as well as those who were involved with registering them. He noted that Texas law provided for sending the latter to prison "for a very long time".

The Democrats have been pushing hard the thing that the Jimmy Carter Commission told us was the worst thing for allowing voter fraud - mail in ballots.

Virginia has identified and removed thousands of illegal aliens who had illegally registered to vote from the voter rolls. Texas is certain to be worse. In the 2022 election, the Texas Democrat Party was caught mailing out voter registration cards to Hispanics with the "US citizen" box pre-checked and a leading statewide Texas Democrat candidate was caught emailing for volunteers "to drive undocumented immigrants to the polls to vote."

Nobody’s doing that. The incident described was checked out found to unsubstantiated. Per usual, some MAGA chick had a friend who heard from a friend.
When it was checked out the voter registration activity was legit.
Voter fraud is rare but done on both sides. Statically it’s a wash. Yawn

Your numbers on these things have a habit of leaving off some of the zeros on the end, like you did for Virginia and Ohio. This is the early stage of the formal investigation, and the most important ones to bring down and send to prison for a long time are the scoundrels who are our registering the illegal aliens. They are a menace to democracy.

This is what needs to be happening across the country. Those who seek out illegal aliens to regsiter to vote need to be prosecuted and jailed as do the illegals themselves. Liberal states will never do this, so once Trump is restored to the presidency, there needs to be a national task force and prosecution under federal law. The organizations which do this are a threat to democracy and need to be shut down as criminal enterprises with their leaders serving long prison sentences.
