RFK, Jr. drops out of race and endorses Trump | Eastern North Carolina Now

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has withdrawn as an independent candidate for president and endorsed Donald Trump.   "In the name of saving democracy, the Democratic Party has set itself to destroying it," Kennedy declared.  He compared Democrat collusion with big media and the weaponization of government agencies to Putin's control of the media and misuse of govenrment powers.

Kennedy said he is suspending, not ending his campaign, and is withdrawing his name from the ballot in ten battleground states and urging his supporters there to vote for President Trump.  Kennedy cited three reasons to vote for President Trump: "the war on free speech, the war in Ukraine, and the war on our children".  Kennedy is currently suing the Biden regime in court over their efforts to censor him on social media.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has scheduled a press conference for a major announcement this Friday in Arizona.   President Trump will also be in Arizona that day. There is increasingly speculation that Kennedy will drop out of the race and endorse President Trump.  Kennedy's running mate, Nicole Shanihan, has said the Kennedy campaign is considering two courses of action, staying in the race or dropping out and endorsing Trump, the most important factor being to defeat Kamala Harris.

Trump and Kennedy have had discussions about Kennedy serving in a Trump administration, and both have indicated they would be supportive of that.  The MSM has claimed that Kennedy also had similar discussions with Kamala Harris, but Shanihan vehemently denied that.

Shanihan also shared her disgust at the wide range of dirty tricks pulled by the Democrats against the Kennedy campaign, ranging from trying to keep him off the ballot to actually sending infiltrators into the campaign.

Meanwhile, Green Party nominee Jill Stein has also denounced the dirty tricks played by what she called "the Anti-Democratic Party" trying to shut down her campaign.
