Voter registration fraud being investigated in North Carolina | Eastern NC Now

came from last minute submissions by leftwing activist groups

ENCNow

Although voter registration forms are required to be turned in to county election boards, several leftwing activist groups doing voter registration in North Carolina this year sent them all in, in mass, to the state Board of Elections in Raleigh at the last minute.  The state then sent them to county boards, and Beaufort County got a bunch of them.

Now, the Brunswick County Board of Elections has had 18 people so far report that they were not the ones who signed the voter registration forms.  Someone else did that in their name.  That is voter registration fraud.  An investigation is underway. There are questions as to what other counties may also be affected.

This is reminiscent of the ACORN scandal some years ago, where that organization was sending in forged voter registrations on a wide scale.

Also in North Carolina, a controversy is brewing in the state's largest county, Mecklenburg (Charlotte) over the Democrat run county board of elections appointing an overwhelming majority of Democrats as election officials.  This has been happening other places, too, like in Michigan where the RNC recently won a lawsuit to require a more bi-partisan mix.

Nationally, the Government Accountability Institute has put our a report on the 50 top threats to election integrity in 2024:

If you actually looked at the polls, the ideas of Trump and the Republicans match what the public wants, not those of Harris and WOKE. That is why Harris is trying to run a form over substance campaign of smoke and mirrors. Most recent poll showing the public in tune with Trump and Republicans was Gallup.

Lets look at illegal immigration, which polls show as number two and sometimes number one that the public is concerned about. Even the progressive NPR's poll showed 60% of Americans favor mass deportations, like Trump has proposed.

Honest voter registration campaigns, as have been run in the past by both parties have turned in the forms as they got them and did it to the proper offices. This was not Democrats or Republicans doing this. It was far left activist organizations, and given the ACORN history, they should be held to the rules. If they did not turn them in to the county by the proper date, they should have been rejected. This is the Cloward-Piven strategy of trying to overwhelm the system.

And to Bogus Bob, the people who called their local board of elections to complain were just citizens, not people supporting any particular candidate. In fact, if they hadn't registered themselves, they probably do not care at all about politics. The next step would be to have someone put in an absentee ballot request in their names.

Big Bob: Another translation is that Patriots will one day stop Non Patriot Leftists from cheating to win elections, eliminating the collusive defrauding of real American citizens of their sovereign right to self-govern.

If they found 18 fraudulent registrations in one county, that is probably the tip of the iceberg.
