Gallup poll: Trump has better favorability than 2016 or 2020 and better than Harris | Eastern NC Now

The respected Gallup poll has released their findings on candidate favorability among voters.  The results show that voters have a more favorable view of Trump than they do of Harris, and that Trump has a higher favorability now than just before the 2016 or 2020 elections.

Gallup found that 50% of voters have a favorable view of Trump and 48% a negative view.  For Harris, it is reversed with a 48% favorable view and a 50% unfavorable view.

Comparing where Trump was in prior elections, in 2016, only 36% had a favorable view and 61% an unfavorable view.  He still own that election.  In 2020, 47% had a faovable view of Trump and 51% an unfavorable view.
