unhinged Democrat election violence threats hit Beaufort County | Eastern NC Now

With unhinged Democrats calling Republicans fascists, nazis, Hitler, etc. it seems to bring out the violent dark side of their supporters.  We saw it when a Democreat political contributor took a shot with a rifle at President Trump in Pennsylvania and another was set up to do it in Georgia.  Now Democrat threats of political violence have hit right here in Beaufort County.

First, there was a key campaign staff member of ultra-liberal Democrat County Commission candidate Johnny Rodman got upset about a political mailing and posted on Facebook that if she had a gun she would  have shot some Republicans over it.  Rodman kept her on his team in spite of that threat.

Then when Republcian school board candidate Melissa Polk was greeting voters at the polls in early voting, a campaign worker from the Democrat tent approached her and threated to physically assault her right there in the Board of Elections parking lot.  While a fellow Dmeocrat poll worker pulled him away, he remained working at their tent.

The worst incident, however, came yesterday, when an unhinged Democrat supporter threatened Rep. Keith Kidwell  repeatedly to his face to shoot him. as Kidwell was campaigning in front of the Board of Elections for early voting.  The Washington Police Department took out a felony warrant on the threat maker and he has been arrested.

In recent memory, there has never been an election cycle like this one so full of threats of violence by Democrat supporters.  It is all because of the atmosphere being created by over the top false accusations by the Democrats and their media allies.
