The Trump administration has filed an emergency motion to vacate an order from an Obama judge that attempts to block DOGE from its work to find wasteful and unnecessary spending and fraud within the executive branch. In spite of DOGE being part of the Executive Office of the President, and in spite of the mandate in Article II of the US Constitution for the president to have supervision over the entire executive branch, rogue un-Constitutional Obama judge Paul Engelmeyer, without even notifying the Trump administration issued an order than only career employees of the federal government have access to certain records. This blocked upper management as well as DOGE from these records, and is a gross violation of the doctrine of Separation of Powers.
DOGE chairman Elon Musk called Engelmeyer "a corrupt judge protecting corrupt agencies" and called for his impeachment and removal from office.

With all of the improper spending of money that DOGE is quickly finding, the left appears desperate to try to at least delay him. This crooked politicized Obama Judge is a disgrace to his office.

Now another crooked Obama judge, in what is being described as a "soft coup" has gone against all legal precedent with an order for Trump to pay out all the woke USAID grants that he halted.

Once again, it is the British media that spills the beans on what the American left is up to. The UK's largest circulation daily newspaper, the Daily Mail of London has published an article outlining the plot by a group of leftist state attorneys general who are backed by far left globalist totalitarian George Soros to use "lawfare" to slow down or stop the effort to cut government waste and grift.
THis comes at a time when there has been a massive increase in federal government debt during the Biden regime that has pushed overall debt to a percentage of GDP that many economists say is unsustainable. The end game for the left and the globalists on what they are doing to the economy according to many economists may be severe such as a runaway inflation or a depression. It was Germany's unsustainable war debt from World War I that led to the runaway inflation of 1923.
The left, the globalists, and the Democrats want our government to keep on spending like drunken sailors, regardless of the consequences or perhaps because they want to see America destroyed so they can rebuild it their way. President Trump is on the job to try to save our economy from the Democrat debt trap. Elon Musk's DOGE is the tool to identify and eliminate government waste and grift. IT has been remarkable succesful in locating this misspending so far such as at USAID.
These leftist schemers want to find leftwing judges who will throw a monkeywrench into the gears, or as the Brits would say, throw a spanner into the works. The Daily Mail expains here:

This fight is all about transparency in government. DOGE's computer tecnniques are revealing a lot of improper spending that the Democrats would rather stay hidden and they are in an uproar. Republicans beleive that not only should the president know what is going on in the executive branch, but so should the American people. Democrat Senator Elizabeth Warren, on the other hand has asserted that the "common people" have no right to know what government is spending money on. The Democrats are arrogant and authoritarian. This is yet another threat to democracy from the Democrats.

Of the three Constitutionally co=equal branches of government it is the judiciary which has taken the attitude, to use Orwell's words "more equal than others." Liberal judges have for too many years been legislativng from the bench, usurping the legislative powers of Congress. Now we are seeing judges try to urusp the President's executive powers under Article II to direct and manage his branch of government. We are sliding toward judicial tyranny, and the judicial branch is the very worst to be in a strongman role because unlike the exectuve or legislative branchs, they are not elected by the people and the people have no check on their power.
To put a check on judicial tyranny, maybe we should create a mechanism for Congress to remove judges by majority vote for abuse of power. Those who have described the actions of these judges as a "coup" are not far off the mark. This is a dastardly and intential attack on democracy by two rogue judges. |
