Corrupt Democrat fundraising platform ActBlue imploding as investigations mount | Eastern NC Now

election law violations may bring it to its knees

ENCNow

The corrupt progressive Democrat fundraising platform ActBlue is teetering on the brink as executives and lawyers flee and election law violation investigations mount.  In the last few weeks, there has been an exodus of executives and lawyers from the organization, and the last lawyer on their staff even had his email access cut off.

Several state Attorneys General have begun election law violtion investigations of ActBlue and have asked for a federal investigation that is likely.  Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton was one of the first to expose apparent campaign finance law violations by the organization.  ActBlue was clearly accepting foreign credit cards and prepaid credit cards for contributions to try to get around restrictions on who can legally contribute but got caught doing so.

There are also lawsuits now pending against Act Blue for "smurfing" which is assigning political contributions that actually came from a different source to people who have no idea their names are being reported as campaign contributors.  In one case a Republican political consultant found that ActBlue had used his name for hundreds of political contributions to Democrats.

Hopefuly, the DOJ will be sending the ringleaders of this crooked operation to prison.

If a Republican fundraising operation was run like Act Blue, they would have been in prison a long time ago. It is embarassing to our system that this was allowed to go on for as long as it has.
