Federal investigation expects to bring criminal charges on Dem money group ActBlue | Eastern NC Now

biggest money laundering operation in US history

ENCNow

Democrat fundtaising juggernaut ActBlue has been hemoraging executives and attorneys since several state Attorneys General started investigating some of their unusual transactions.  They thought they were getting out while the getting was still good, but maybe it was still too late for them.  Now the feds are involved and it is worse for them than just the Federal Elections Commission.  The House Oversignt Committee and the FBI have gotten involved and expect to bring criminal charges.

One federal source calls ActBlue "the biggest money laundering operation in US history."  Even though foreign contributions are illegal in most American political campaigns, ActBlue was caught and admitted to accepting prepaid Visa cards purchased overseas for Democrat political contributions in the last election cycle. They have also been repeatedly caught "smurfing" which is taking money from unknown sources and attributing it on campaign finance reports to random people who have no idea that they are being used as "political contributors".  In one case, a Republican political consultant in Michigan has sued ActBlue for using his name on hundreds of Democrat "contributions".
