Trump fights far left judges while cowardly Supreme Court dithers | Eastern NC Now

As far left Obama judges and Biden judges shred the doctine of Separation of Powers and engage in a frontal assault on the Rule of Law and on the Constitutional powers of the presidency, our cowardly Supreme Court continues to  dither.    Chief Weasel. . . err. . . Justice John Roberts is presiding over a disgraceful failure to act.  All the while the credibility of our court system is in the toilet and the bowl is switling as the SCOTUS is AWOL while far left district court judges unConstitutionally usurp the powers of the presidency.

In Congress, Speaker Johnston has reminded the rogue judges that Congress can discipline the courts through the power of the purse.  More directly, a bill is being fast tracked to cut off the power of a single district court judge to enter a nationwide restraining order or injunction, another power that Congress has under the Constitution.  An astounding 62% of all nationwide injunctions ever issued by district judges in the history of the country have been issued in the last two months against President Trump.  Leftwing judges are out of control and they need to be slapped down very very hard.

The political jihad by far left activist judges abusing their power is destroying the credibility of our courts, what little of it is left after the lawfare tantrums against President Trump before the election.
