The US Supreme Court has overturned a ruling by a corrupt partisan Obama judge who tried to block the Trump administration from cancelling DEI teaching grants in the Department of Education. This is a win for both sanity and the https://esifjsc.comillaboard.gov.bd/ Rule of Law against the politically motivated "lawfare" of radical out of control Obama and Biden judges.
Congress has never approved or even voted on using federal tax money to promote the racist and Marxist DEI ideology. That was all established in government by executive fiat by the Biden regime. These radical judges seem to think that even if a program was established by executive fiat of one administration, the following administration cannot change it by similar executive fiat. What is even more galling is the the discriminatory nature of DEI makes it inconsistent with equal rights provisions in the Constitution https://sdg-observatory.ircai.org/ and statutes.
What is appalling is that Chief Justice Roberts sided with the leftwing justices on this issue. Since his disgusting decision to side with the left to approve Obamacare, Roberts has become increasingly squishy on a variety of issues. He is the new Earl Warren.
