Wall Street Journal editorial - Judge Dugan, the migrant, and the law | Eastern NC Now

Judges are NOT above the law and when they deliberately break it they should be punished

AFter trying to make a hero out of a wife beating, human trafficking MS13 criminal gang member, the Democrats have turned trying to do so out of a lawbreaking Democrat judge. in Wisconsin who helped a migrant criminal with a long history of violence who had already been deported once escape from ICE.  The Wall Street Journal has an excellent editorial on the matter entitled "Judge Dugan, the migrant, and the Law":.

Even other Democrat judges in Wisconsin are unhappy with Judge Dugan's arrogant flounting of the Law.

Unfortunately, our Rule of Law is under attack by way too many Dugans that Obama and Biden have populated our federal courts with who put their political agenda ahead of the Rule of Law, the separation of powers, and the proper role of the courts.
