Colorado Dems try to trample the Constitution again with radical "transgender" law | Eastern NC Now

Colorado has got their comeupance twice already from the US Supreme Court over goosesteping all over citizens' Constitutional rights to pander to "woke" ideology.  Now the woketard Democrats of Colorado are at it again with a new law just signed by Colorado's leftwing governor.

Here come Orwell's thought police.  It is now a punishable offense in Colorado to "misgender" or "deadname" someone.  Using someone's correct biological gender is now illegal if they have a fantasy that they are something else.  So is using their correct legal name if they would rather be called by a different name due to a fantasy over their gender. This is government enforcing fantasy over reality, and it is a clear violation of freedom of speech guaranteed by the First Amendment.

Colorado's totalitarian left is just setting themselves up for another slapdown and having to pay damages to someone who this fascist law is used against.

Things could get even worse in Austria as a result of new legislation being proposed by the Social Democrats, Greens, and liberal NEOS party.  That bill would make it a criminal offense to discourage children from genital mutilation ("sex change") surgery punishable by a year in prison and a big fine.  It would apply to doctors and psychologists and even to parents.  The bill also prohibits doctors and psychologists from trying to treat gender dysphoria by trying to make children comfortable with their biological gender.

Many European countries, like Sweden, the UK, and Denmark have recently moved away from radical gender ideology, especially as to children.  The British National Health Service, for example, now advises their doctors that most children will naturally grow out of gender confusion, and doctors should not recommend even new names or pronouns, much less surgery or drugs.
