Supreme Court finally slaps down rogue district judges on nationwide injunctions | Eastern NC Now
uses birthright citizenship case to do it
Rogue Biden autopen federal judges and Obama federal district judges have had a field day in abusing power with politically motivated nationwide injunctions to stymie the Trump administration. It has amounted to a judicial insurrection or judicial coup d'etat.
Now the US Supreme Court has finally stepped in to nix these nationwide or "universal" injunctions, stopping the district judges from entering them. It was a 6 to 3 decision with the Biden and Obama Supreme Court justices opposed. The action was taken in the birthright citizenship case.
One of the country's top experts on Constitutional Law, Harvard Law School Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz says that the president can now just ignore district court orders, although it would be best practice to have an administration lawyer first appear before the judges involved and say they are in violation of the Supreme Court and should withdraw the order. https://pubs2.ascee.org/
