SCOTUS slaps down crooked Biden autopen judge that blocked deportation | Eastern NC Now

A politically corrupt Democrat hack judge appointed by Biden's autopen has been slapped down 7 to 2 by the US Supreme Court after the Biden autopen judge entered an order blocking deportation of illegal aliens who had committed serious crimes to third countries.  The illegal aliens had convictions of things like murder and child rape, and their own countries did not want them back.  South Sudan agreed to take them.

Judge Brian Murphy in New Jersey was appointed in the Biden era, meaning by autopen.  He had entered orders restricting the Trump administration from sending the illegal alien criminals to South Sudan and they have been stuck half way.  The Supreme Court has now lifted that order so they can be sent on their way.

This is just more unjustified interference by the Judicial wing of the Democrat Party against President Trump carrying out his mandate from the voters.  Thankfully the SCOTUS has shut Murphy down.  Too bad that despicable scumbag Murphy cannot be forced to pay the extra cost he has caused on this deportation out of his own money.  Or maybe these illegal alien criminals these radical judges want to pander to should be housed in the judges own home so he can get to know them up close and personal.
