Democrats collude with rogue partisan federal judges to keep illegal aliens voting | Eastern NC Now

Along with deceased voters, illegal alien voters are one of the key voting blocks of the Democrat Party.  That is why they are fighting in court to keep them on the voter roles.  The problem is, that illegal aliens are under federal law not entitled to vote.

In their usual "lawfare" schemes, Democrat hack lawyers and leftwing Democrat state attorneys general are suing the Trump administration on his Executive Order to stop illegal aliens from registration and voting.  They are tactically bringing these cases, again as usual in places where the local federal district judges are overwhelmingly Democrat, usually appointed by Obama or by Biden's autopen.

The US Constitution gives Congress authority over most aspects of federal elections, and it gives the President authority to enforce the laws passed by Congress.  President Trump's executive order that is being challenged is carefully crafted to order states to implement specific federal election laws passed by Congress.  The Democrats are pitching a tantrum because that would crack down on illegal aliens registering to vote and voting.
