Judicial coup: crooked Obama judge defies SCOTUS, seizes control of budget | Eastern NC Now

Politically corrupt ultra-partisan Obama and Biden district court judges are defying the US Supreme Court, thumbing their noses at the doctrine of Separation of Powers, and abusing power to seize legislative and executive powers.  This is nothing but a Judicial insurrection or a judicial coup d'etat and it should be very severely punished.  The Supreme Court tried to crack the whip on them by banning nationwide "universal" injunctions, but these political hack Democrat judges simply refuse to obey the country's highest court.

The latest crooked Democrat judge to defy the SCOTUS is radical Obama Judge Indira Talwani, who is trying to overrule both Congress and the president to order that funding continue for Planned Parenthood.  This arrogant twit of a crooked judge seems to think that the power of the purse belongs in a rogue district court judge in Massachusetts instead of in the US Congress.

To make matters worse, Talwani has not even followed the rules on how to issue such orders.  She was required procedurally to give her grounds for her court order when she issued it but did not.  When she belatedly tried to cover this a week after it was supposed to be done, all she was able to produce was garbled mish-mash.

Even worse, the subject of her order had just been dealt with by the US Supreme Court contrary to her position.  The SCOTUS had ruled that South Carolina was allowed to defund Planned Parenthood.  Yet arrogant twit Talwani stops Congress from doing the very same thing?

Impeachment of these out of control judges is certainly warranted, but the unfortunate fact is that the Democrats in the Senate would protect the Judicial Wing of the Democrat Party and vote not to convict, no matter what they did.  It has never been done in our system, but maybe it is time for the SCOTUS to make an example of one by holding them in contempt of the Supreme Court and punishing the wayward judge with active jail time which could be commuted upon their resignation from their judgeship.

Otherwise, maybe there needs to be a special prosecutor appointed to deal with treason by district court judges.
