A spotlight has been shown upon the politics of the crooked Obama judge who freed Democrat gangster poster boy Kitmar Albrego Garcia, a violent MS13 gangster, human trafficker, and wife beater. Obama Judge Waverly D. Crenshaw let this violent thug illegal alien out on bond on his charges of human trafficking.
A review of Democrat hack Crenshaw's political contributions show that he has been a very heavy donor to Democrats, giving over $43,000. Did this buy him his judgeship? It certainly gives him a huge conflict of interest in handling cases that have major political overtones, but this unethical Democrat hack did not recuse himself.

When the Nevada Supreme Court tried to take Trump off of the ballot, which was later unanimously reversed by the US Supreme Court, all of the judges were Democrats. However, in their 4 to 3 ruling, the four who voted to take Trump off the ballot were Democrat political contributors, while the three who voted to leave him on were registered to vote as Democrats but not involved in the party.
There should be a rule that if a judge has a history of political involvement, either as an activist or a contributor, they should be banned from handling cases of a highly political nature. That would restore a sense of propriety in our justice system which is presently lacking.
