ICE overwhelmed with applicants to work for immigration-enforcement agency | Eastern NC Now

in spite of Democrat slurs on agency

ENCNow

First it was military recruitment, which had failed to meet targets under Biden, but has surged dramatically under Trump.  Now it is recruitment for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE).

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem recently sought to fill 10,000 new jobs at ICE, and has so far received over 80,000 applications for those jobs.  Americans clearly want to see our immigration laws mean something again, instead of being laughed at by smuggling cartels, foreign governments, and even the Biden regime as well as migrants themselves.

Meanwhile, Democrat politicians at all levels go all out to demonize ICE and put ICE agents lives in danger.  The latest example is in Arizona where a Democrat state senator from Phoenix has been putting ICE officers in danger by posting on social media when and where ICE will be conducting immigration sweeps.  That has led the Republican president of the Arizona state senate to make a criminal referral against her to Arizona's US Attorney for obstruction of federal law enforcement.  He is also instituting an ethics proceeding against her within the state senate.

THose Democrat politicians who are involved in obstructing ICE and in harboring illegal aliens need to be prosecuted and jailed. It would be nice if we could strip them of their citizenship and deport them, too.
