Greece declares National Emergency on illegal aliens; begins mass deportation | Eastern NC Now

The conservative government of Greece has declared a National Emergency over being swarmed with illegal aliens invading their shores, and announced that they will begin mass deportations of illegal aliens who are in the country.  Already,  they have detained over 7,000 illegal aliens.  Greece has recently seen mass arrivals of illegal aliens on the island of Crete.

"Greece's safety and sovereignty are non-negotiable" declared Greek Prime Minister Mitsotakis.  He is likely to run into a buzzsaw from the European Union and its woke courts.

As the European Union's woke attitude toward illegal immigration continues to trouble many of its member countries, Norway can be thankful it never joined the EU.  The government submitted the issue to the people and they resoundingly voted it down in 1994.

Now a new poll shows that the Norwegian people remain overwhelmingly opposed to joining the EU, with 55% opposed, 33% in favor, and 12% undecided.  Opposition to jointing the EU is strongest among the younger age groups while support is highest among older voters.  Among political parties, the strongest opposition comes from members of the Center Party, 96% of whom oppose joining the EU.
