NY Appeals Court unanimously throws out Letitia James $355M Trump fine | Eastern NC Now

James says she will appeal further

ENCNow

New York's Appeals Court has unanimously tossed out the lawfare civil fine of $355 MIllion (now grown by interest to over $500M) obtained in front of a kangaroo court partisan Democrat judge by New York Attorney General Letitia James against Donald Trump.  James says she will appeal the ruling.  In running for attorney general, James campaigned on using the office to "get" Donald Trump.  She cooked up a fraud case on a fully paid loan that the banks were happy with and got a partisan Democrat trial judge to refuse to allow Trump to put on key evidence.  This case was part of the abuse of the judicial system in Stalin Show Trials to try to destroy Trump politically.

James is now under investigation herself for criminal abuse of office in bringing this very case against Trump as well as two cases of mortgage fraud on her own loans in two different states.  James falsely claimed a rental property she bought in Virginia was her primary residence to get a lower interest rate and that her father was actually her husband.  On a rental property in New York City, James falsely stated the number of apartments in a building to get a cheaper interest rate.
