The Judicial Wing of the Democrat Party is hard at work engaged in their judicial insurrection against enforcement of our immigration laws.

An Obama appointed magistrate judge has freed gang member and human smuggler Kitmar Abrego Garcia from pretrial confinement pending his trial for human smuggling. The Obama judge was a longtime Democrat Party contributor and also was an officer of and contributor to a group that worked to defend illegal aliens against deportation. She had a blatant conflict of interest in participating in this case, but this extremely dishonest judge did so anyway without recusing herself.

The DOJ argued that evidence shows that Garcia has been engaged in human smuggling for years, smuggling about 50 illegal aliens per month. One third of the illegal aliens that Garcia smuggled into the US were members of his own very violent criminal gang, MS13. Garcia also has a reputation for sexually abusing many of the women he smuggled in, which others being smuggled even asked him to stop. This is what this crooked Obama judge wants to stay in this country?

But ICE does not want this criminal out on our streets. They have announced that they intend to deport him to Uganda, which has agreed to take him.

Meanwhile a radical Obama judge in San Francisco has entered a new order against cutting off federal funding to cities that harbor illegal aliens by being sanctuary cities. This crooked Obama judge should probably be indicted himself as an accessory to harboring illegal aliens.

Democratic Socialist Judges are either towing the pathetic party line for cocktail party purposes, or hewing political careers out of the Non Patriot wooden wall of the Democratic Socialist Party.

These out of control Obama and Biden district court judges are playing politics with their unelected politically appointed and unaccountable positions and in doing so they are a threat to democracy. There has to be some effective way to cut them down to size. Our founding fathers openly said the courts were supposed to be the weakest branch of government, but tyrannical leftwing judges are trying to make them the most powerful. Andrew Jackson openly told them he would ignore their rulings. Lincoln did so too, but also took away one of their powers, habeas corpus, and on one occasion issued an order for the arrest of a very senior judge. Maybe that is the way these out of control courts need to be dealt with these days.
