Virginia Democrat Governor nominee announces support for open borders | Eastern NC Now
in what has become a very tight race
In what has become a tight race for Governor of Virginia, the Democrat nominee has openly embraced open borders. Former Congresswoman Abigail Spanberger has openly stated that she "wants to protect every person who might be interested in coming to the United States." She did not limit it to those already here, or those properly approved by the Immigration and Naturalization Service, but to anyone who on their own "might want" to cross our borders.
That she holds such a position is no real surprise. In Congress, she was an open borders / amnesty junky. Given how evasive she has been in the campaign about her stance on men in womens restrooms and locker rooms, where she is in constant waffling mode, it is surprising she would come out and openly admit to it.

The one debate in this race is over, and the Republican nominee nailed Spanberger on other issues but let this one slide. Hopefully, she can now exploit it with TV ads.

Spanberger is a typical globalist pro-amnesty Democrat. It is surprising she admitted to it, but the Republicans now need to hammer her hard on it. That can win the race for Winsome Sears.
