Under Trump, over 2 million illegal aliens have gone home already | Eastern NC Now

through both deportation by gov't and self-deportation

The policies on the Trump administration to enforce our immigration laws have already led to over two million illegal aliens going home.  Deportations by ICE have sent 527,000 home, while solf-deportation, where illegal aliens return home on their own to avoid government deporting them has added 1.6 million more.

Meanwhile, as the Schumer Shutdown cuts off money for Food Stamps, a new report from the Economic Policy Innovation Center using 2022 data showed that 1.5 million illegal aliens were receiving food stamps, something federal law is supposed to prohibit but the Biden regime often bent the law.  This cost the American taxpayer $4.2 Billion a year.

Trump is getting the job done. An active deportation campaign has the effect of encouraging illegal aliens to go home voluntarily themselves. It is not surprising that three times as many of them leave on their own as are actually deported. This is a model that Europe, which has an even worse problem than we do, needs to follow. It is good to see that the Trump administration is making some changes at ICE to get the job done faster. That will also speed up the self deportations.
