US Appeals Court rules that schools cannot force use of "preferred pronouns" | Eastern NC Now

The US 6th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled against a school district that was forcing students to use "preferred pronouns" of other students.  This woke agenda was struck down on free speech grounds under the First Amendment.  Students now cannot be forced to use pronouns that do not correspond with the biological gender of other students.  They are now free to use the correct pronoun that correctly corresponds with a students actual biological gender.

Hooray for the 6th Circuit and common sense.
