UN launches censorship project on climate info at Brazil UN climate conference | Eastern NC Now

If there was ever any doubt about the totalitarian nature of the United Nations, their advocacy of politically  motivated censorship at the ongoing UN climate conference in Brazil exposes it for all to see.  They want an Orwellian style "Ministry of Truth" to dictate what information is allowed to be published on posted concerning "climate change / global warming", a doctrine that the UN itself has been the main proponent of for years.  They claim ten countries have already agreed to implement their restrictions on free speech.

The UN recently tried and failed to use climate as the excuse for its first ever UN global tax, which was to be on CO2 emitted by merchant ships..  President Trump stopped that by declaring he would impose sanctions on any country that cooperated with that tax. The proposed tax was then voted down.  Speaking to the UN General Assembly earlier this year, Trump called climate alarmism "the greatest con job ever perpetrated on the world".

This is not the UN's first effort at censorship on climate issues.  At the 2022 World Economic Forum globalist confab in Davos, a UN official revealed that they had worked with Google to suppress information on any other views on climate from Google searches.

This is the same "climate conference" where Brazil clear cut 100,000 trees in the Amazon rain forest to prepare for the conference.  And they call it an "environmental" conference????????

This move by the UN reminds one of the description of climate alarmism by former president of the Czech Republic Dr. Vaclav Klaus as "a budding totalitarian ideology that is the greatest threat to freedom, democracy, and prosperity in the world today."

Meanwhile, President Trump had another victory in court to block construction of another boondoggle offshore wind farm that had been greenlighted by the Biden regime, this one a project with 141 wind turbines off the coast of Nantucket, Massachusetts.
