Democrat judges thwart Trump effort to keep illegal alien truck drivers off roads | Eastern NC Now

Driving 18 wheeler trucks is not "a job Americans will not do".  It is a well paid job that Americans want to do.  Unfortunately some sleazy trucking companies want to cut corners by replacing those American drivers with cheaper but unqualified illegal alien truck drivers.  Several Democrat states have facilitated that by issuing Commercial Drivers Licenses (CDLs) to illegal aliens.  That has led to a string of deadly crashes by illegal alien drivers who could not read English.  The Trump administration has moved to put a stop to this danger on the highways.

Now a notoriously liberal and heavily Democrat circuit court has jumped in to try to protect the illegal alien truck drivers and to keep dangerous conditions on our roads.  The DC Court of Appeals has issued an order blocking a USDOT rule that cracked down on states issuing these illegal CDLs.  Once again, our federal courts Democrat judges are a threat to our safety, and indeed to our democracy.

Meanwhile, in one of those states with a fatal crash caused by an illegal alien truck driver, the Florida Highway Patrol has so far arrested and turned over to ICE 6,200 illegal aliens they have encountered on FLorida highways.
