Crooked Democrat judge tries to protect Comey and James from wrongdoing, will be appealed

If a politically motivated order by a crooked Democrat judge appointed by Clinton stands, James Comey will get a get out of jail free card on his charges of lying to Congress and NY Attorney General Letitia James will also get a get out of jail free card on her mortgage fraud. The Clinton judge argued that the Acting US Attorney was improperly appointed and based dismissals of the charges on that. The Clinton judge also ruled that the district court Democrats would name a new US Attorney.

The Department of Justice is expected to appeal this latest act of judicial insurrection.

A judicial coup should be treated the same way as a military coup, those involved should be arrested and tried before a military court. Lincoln used military courts for a lot more than military cases, and we need to do so today as well. There is too much political corruption in our federal court system to trust it at all.
