Obamacare fraud: In GAO test, 90% of fake Obamacare accounts were approved | Eastern NC Now

corrupt Obamacare system is bleeding taxpayer money

ENCNow

In 2024 and 2025, the federal government's General Accounting Office (GAO) tested the accuracy of the Obamacare subsidy system by creating fake accounts and trying to sign them up.  Obamacare failed miserably.

The GAO created twenty accounts with completely false social security numbers, mismatched information, missing information, and other flaws and submitted them for approval.  Eighteen, or 90%, of the fake accounts got approved.

This is just how loosey-goosey the Obamacare system is being run.  No wonder it is riddled with fraud and abuse.
