illegal alien from China, came in over Biden open border, CDL from New York
Its happened yet again. Another illegal alien who came in across Biden's open border and was issued a Commercial Drivers License, has caused yet another wreck that has killed an American.
This illegal alien, waived in by the Biden regime, is from Communist China, and speaks little English. Nonetheless, he was issued a Commercial Drivers license by the state of New York. He was watching a video on his phone while driving an empty bus, not paying attention, and slammed into the vehicle ahead of him, causing a chain reaction wreck in which an American driver died. The wreck happened on I-40 in Tennessee.
USDOT has rcently taken 95,000 illegal aliens with Commercial Drivers Licenses off the road, but clearly they have not gotten all of them. DOT has indicated it will withhold highway money from New York until all illegal alien CDLs are cancelled.

Those that issued the CDL's to the illegal invaders that cause harm need to be charged as an accessory to murder or attempted murder.
