Another de-transitioner wins court settlement for trans surgery genital mutilation | Eastern NC Now

The second lawsuit against rogue doctors who do gender transition surgeries, including on on children, and their staffs, has led to another victory for the child who suffered genital mutilation at the hands of these quacks.  The first such case to go to trial a few months ago resulted in a $2 million jury verdict against the doctors and others involved in removing a young girl's breasts as part of a purported "gender transition."  That jury sat in a New York court.

The second case scheduled for trial, this time in Oregon, also involved a young woman who had been convinced she was "transgender" and needed to have "transition surgery" to remove her healthy breasts.  When the victim realized that she was actually a woman not a man, she also realized that she was disfigured for life by the removal of her breasts.  She sued to doctors and counsellors involved.  A few days before it was set for trial, the defendants waved a white flag and agreed to a settlement for pay for the damage they did to her.  As is usual with settlements, the specific amount was not released.

While the first success involved a case where the victim was a minor at the time of the surgery, this one involved a plaintiff who was an adult at the time of surgery.  That opens the door even wider for victims of these doctors.

.With de-transitioners now 2 to 0 against the Josef Mengele style "gender transition" doctors who prey on confused children and young adults, the stage is set for more victories in the increased number of similar cases now in the pipeline in American and Canadian courts.
