As legislation on the subject is blocked by Democrats and RINOs in the Senate, multiple polls have shown that about 80% of Americans support measures to require photo ID to vote nationwide and to require Proof of citizenship to register to vote.  President Trump has issued an executive order on the second subject.

Democrats who want to stop efforts to keep foreign citizens like illegal aliens from illegally voting in our elections include their congressional leaders, but also include the Judicial Wing of the Democrat Party, the hordes of radical activist Obama and Biden judges.  These Obama and Biden judges are notorious for abusing their power to push the leftwing Democrat political agenda.  All of them seem hell bent on being sure Democrats keep getting the illegal alien vote in the midterm elections.

Several days ago a radical Biden  judge issued a nationwide injunction stopped use of federal databases to find illegal aliens on state voter rolls.  That has been followed today by a radical Obama judge issuing a nationwide order permanently blocked President Trump's executive order calling for proof of citizenship to register to vote.

Nationwide injunctions are a relatively new tactic to expand the power of district court judges beyond what the Constitution ever imagined, and it needs to be reined in by the Supreme Court or by Congress.  Traditionally, court orders only apply to the specific plaintiffs before the court.  The Supreme Court has spoken against nationwide injunctions but not absolutely prohibited them..  It is way past time to do so  Constitutionally, Congress could also limit that authority.

The Rule iof Law is part of democracy, but judicial tyranny, where judges usurp the power of other branches of government like the legislative and executive, which is what we are seeing from the radical partisan Obama and Biden judges,  becomes a huge threat to democracy.

Those judges appointed by Biden's autopen were all DEI hires.  White straight Christian males needed not apply because they would not be appointed.  Obama's were almost as DEI inspired.
