Supreme Court upholds laws restricting women's sports to REAL women and keep men out | Eastern NC Now

In a 6 to 3 ruling, the US Supreme Court has upheld the right of states and education institutions to limit girls and women's sports team to actual biological women and to exclude men posing as women, the self-described "transgenders".  The court held that both safety of female participants and fairness to female participants were threatened by allowing biological men to participate in womens and girls sports.  It upheld the state laws of West Virginia and Idaho that excluded biological males from womens and girls sports. This is now the definitive ruling of what TItle IX means and the Court defined it as its authors in Congress intended.

This result was widely expected.  Under Biden, the executive branch put out an administrative rule that attempted to rewrite Title IX to protect "transgenders" and homosexuals through interpretation instead of women and girls as it was written by Congress.  Twenty four states sued and all of them got injunctions against the Biden rule from District Courts.

North Carolina's ultra-liberal then Attorney General Josh Stein (now governor) refused to file suit against the Biden interpretive administrative rule and instead recognized it as valid.  The North Carolina School Boards Association circulated proposed policy changes to local school boards urging them to change their policies to adopt the Biden interpretations.  The U:S Supreme Court has now shown these officials to have either been ideologues or fools.  None of these people were willing to step up to protect our girls in the way that 24 other states did for their girls.

A good example of the harm of allowing these pretend "women" to play in girls sports is the high school girls volleyball player from southeastern North Carolina who now has permanent serious injuries from a biological male / pretend female spiking a ball into her face during a game.
