The English village of Piddington, in Oxfordshire, is outraged over the national Labour government in London intending to send over a thousand adult, single male, illegal alien migrants to live in an adjacent former military base.  Piddington has a population of 370 and the illegal alien migrant shelter would house 1250 migrants.

The town responded by holding a referendum on independence from the UK.  The result was a 96% vote in favor of independence.
