SCOTUS approves Trump EO on mail-in voting; Obama judge tries to defy Supreme Court on it | Eastern NC Now

_The absolute arrogance and obsession with power of America's rogue Obama and Biden federal district judges is again on full display. as an Obama district judge has the gall to try to overrule the US Supreme Court.  The issue is President Trump's executive order to reduce fraud in mail-in voting.

Indira Talwani is a federal district judge in Massachusetts, with a history as a Democrat Party contributor who was appointed by Obama.  She has had multiple instances of highly partisan political rulings.  Ignoring the Supreme Court's ruling against district judges issuing nationwide injunctions, Talwani issued one to block President Trump's executive order on security of mail-in ballots.  That went to the US Supreme Court on an emergency appeal, which ruled 6 to 3 that Trump's EO was valid, the SCOTUS lifted Talwani's injunction.  The very next day, Talwani started trying to enforce the injunction that the Supreme Court had just lifted.  This level of arrogance and obsession with power should simply not be tolerated in local judges.  Talwani should be very seriously punished for her arrogant attempt to abuse power for political objectives.

Rogue out of control political hack Obama and Biden judges like Talwani and Boasberg are one of the biggest threats to democracy these days.  If Talwani had an ounce of integrity she would have recused herself from this partisan Democrat case due to her conflict of interest in her own political involvement with the Democrat party.

President Trump's Executive Order directed to the Post Office to take action to reduce fraud in mail-in voting has been reinstated by a 6 6o 3 ruling by the US Supreme Court.  The EO had been blocked by a notoriously partisan Obama district judge who presides over a federal district court in Massachusetts, Indira Talwani.  Talwani has a history as a Democrat financial contributor. The Supreme Court ruled that Talwani lacked authority to issue the order, and lifted the injunction she had imposed.

Mail-in voting was identified as the most prolific source of election fraud by a federal commission studying election integrity in America that was chaired by former Democrat US President Jimmy Carter    Since then Democrat politicians have been working to expand this fraud-prone method of voting.

The Trump EO prohibits the Post Office from delivering ballots to non-residential addresses. All state election laws require voters to register where they reside, not at a business or other location.  Election integrity organizations have flagged large numbers of voter registrations where the voters listed address was actually a business or even a vacant lot, sometimes with many "voters" used the same such address.

Democrats and the left are trying to keep the practice of allowing ballots to be sent to such fraudulent addresses.  They whine that it is "voter suppression" not to allow ballots to be mailed to fraudulent addresses.

In another slapdown of rogue district judges, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals rescinded a preliminary injunction issued by a Biden autopen judge that had limited ICE stops and arrests of suspected illegal aliens in California.  The appellate court ruled that the Biden autopen judge did not correctly consider the issue of standing of the plaintiffs to bring the case.
