SCOTUS overrules Biden judge to allow 3rd country deportations to resume | Eastern NC Now

When an illegal alien's home country refuses to receive them back, it is necessary to deport the illegal aliens to other countries.  A lawsuit brought by far left organizations before a Biden judge obtained an order to block this process.  Now the Supreme Court has put this Biden judge in his place and dissolved his order so that this third country deportation can continue,

Meanwhile, in Germany, the anti-immigration Alternativ fur Deutschland has now moved into first place in the state election in Germany's largest state which will vote early next year.  North Rhein - Westphalia, long governed by the Christian Democrats is also moving to the anti-immigration populist right, after AfD victories in two states in the last 2 months

The latest poll from the respected German polling firm Forsa now show AfD in first place for that state election for the first time, with 24%, while the Christian Democrats drop to second place at 22%.

This is also the state whose current Christian Democrat leader has recently calling for banning the AfD.
