Where our country is terribly out of balance is the Tyranny of the Judiciary. Our founding fathers told us the courts should be the weakest branch of government, but tyrannical Obama and Biden judges are grossly abusing power. Legislating from the bench is a gross abuse of judicial power as is trying to micromanage the executive branch. They will not even listen to the Supreme Court when the SCOTUS tells them to stop with their nationwide injunctions. These rogue judges are severely out of control and need to be reined in. If they will not obey the SCOTUS, can Congress do anything?

Maybe we need another president like Andrew Jackson who just said he would ignore them, or Abraham Lincoln who issued an order for the arrest of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

Too many of our district court federal judges think they wear purple robes instead of black ones.

The lawfare of the Democrats in abusing criminal law to persecute political opponents is the other big threat to our democracy. A Democrat in Congress just in the last few days started gibbering about criminally prosecuting Trump officials.

Our government is a system of checks and balances. It's worked well for 250 years. Currently, our government is out of balance. Way out. The trump administration needs to be reigned before we lose the ability.

My objection isn't about policy, it's about attacking the system in a way that the public no longer has the opportunity vote on the policy.Thats the issue. Unchecked, these people will come for everyone and any one who speaks against them.
