Referendum to ban biological males from women's sports wins by landslide in Washington state | Eastern NC Now

In Washington state, voters put a referendum on the ballot to ban biological males from women's sports.  When the votes were counted, it passed into law by a landslide, 56.6% to 43.4%  This was an amazing result in such a liberal state, and shows voters are not as left wind as some results might suggest.

What makes this so weird is that voters in much more conservative states were electing Democrats who openly supported forcing biological males into women's sports.  This suggests that Tuesdays vote was more a temporary knee jerk reaction to gas prices than a permanent shift in ideology.

That trend also showed in North Carolina, where voters passed Constitutional referenda to limit income tax rates, limit the amount local governments can raise property taxes, and increase Photo Voter ID requirements, all by landslide margins, while voting for Democrat politicians who oppose all of those things.

Unfortunately, too many voters are not looking at the big picture when they vote.  Many of today's Democrat politicians are bat shit crazy.
