Parents rights organization celebrates girls sports protection referendum wins in all 4 states | Eastern NC Now

This election, voters in four states considered referenda to protect girls and womens sports by restricting them to biological females.  The bans on biological males in womens sports passed in all four states where they were on the ballot - liberal Washington state, liberal Colorado, swing state Arizona, and conservative Nebraska.  All of the referenda were placed on the ballot by the petition and referendum process, where supporters first had to present petitions signed by the required number of voters.

The American Parents Coalition, which strongly supports protection of womens sports and assisted in these campaigns, is celebrating the victory.  Their executive director declared "voters across very different states are saying the same thing, girls deserve fairness, safety, and opportunities of their own."
