Wil was in his youth also an opera singer and a Spiritualist. Several uncanny things happened while I was in his presence. At one time in 2008, we were walking together in London around Charing Cross Road, animatedly discussing the opera singer Janet Baker, when we both simultaneously and abruptly halted in front of a staircase that led up to a nondescript second-story. We somehow were strangely and in fact absolutely COMPELLED to ascend the staircase, and at the top, uninvited, we opened an unmarked door, and suddenly and unexpectedly found ourselves in an old-fashioned London gentleman's club, with damask red carpeting, flocked wallpaper and low ceilings. There were older gentlemen seated about, reading newspapers and taking tea. But, to our utter amazement and delight, on all the walls were maybe a hundred photographs of... Janet Baker!

Thank you for your article of June 17. It was amazing. So many points that I and those of us who have taken a great interest in, you have summed up in this piece. You are so correct that Snowden is a big part of this entire picture currently, but the bigger picture is as Snowden goes, so goes the County of Beaufort. It is not about consolidating everything and pulling it all closer to Washington. That should not be their growth plan. Tt is more about the County Leaders having the foresight to push economic development and growth to all parts of its territory. "Share the wealth and the wealth will be shared with you guys." It is a sad day when a small town feels the need to cross County borders for a vast number of resources; thereby, increasing the economy in its neighboring county, Pamlico, who opened its arms to Aurora/Richland Township residents. I Personally would never make fun of, or play with anyone about suicide or harming themselves! There are too many people out here who are going through a lot, and you never know what might push them over the edge! I don't agree 99.9 % with Tucker Carson, but I don't want anything bad to happen to him or anyone else.
