Tony: I agree that this political persecution of President Trump will forever change how even the most dispassionate apolitical, fair minded Americans consider what is at the obvious evil core of what is now the Democratic Socialist party.
The great irony here is that the "Big Guy's" Biden-MAGA-People may end up being the great undoing of the Democratic Socialist party, as their non patriot, and highly ignorant core is laid bare, and true MAGA becomes the only true path to "Make America Great Again."

As a Democrat I would think that this judge would recuse himself do to conflict of interest, as this is going to open Pandoras box against the democratic party.

The standard for conflict of interest in the legal profession is to avoid anything that might even give the appearance of a conflict of interest. I cannot see how a judge whose daughter actually works for Trump's political opponent can remain in this case and abide by legal ethics standards for conflict of interest.
