Because murder is evil, particularly if it was done exclusively because of one's race.
Over many millennia, Jews have been persecuted /mass murdered because of their race, because of their faith. I do believe they qualify as a protected class, even with some Democratic Socialists.

Big Bob: No, this woman, unlike George Floyd, was not being arrested for public use of Fentanyl, or under suspicion for selling the poison, but was murdered for allegedly being a Jew.

This murder of an innocent Jew should be at least as big of news as the death of George Floyd, which kicked off the Summer of George, which, in turn, played a part in the Second Great Migration, which now is still in its infancy.
