Want to formally apologize to the City Clerk, Cynthia Bennett. We have very few high-level employees in the City of Washington that exhibit grace, kindness, honor, honesty, and integrity. She exemplifies all of the aforementioned qualities in the midst of a highly corrupt small-town city government led by the Holscher family legal mafia for far too long, with recent evidence indicating they will sue you and use unlimited taxpayer dollars to wipe you out, enrich themselves and will only release public records requests to the media when it makes their employer look bad, like he did to a past councilman. There are now multiple council members with flagrantly late public records requests he has refused to deliver while incorrectly using a combination of statute and inherent laziness.

If you can’t do the job and the seat is too hot, QUIT! This is my official call for the resignation of Franz Hoscher, you have damaged this city far too long and the icing on the cake is now these back to back highly illegal processes.

I begged Cynthia on multiple occasions to be city manager, my thought would be until at least a new council comes on board, but she’s too smart to take the job! Now we’ve got someone who will likely be paid a $250,000 severance and possibly never move here because of the contract City Attorney Holscher pushed and deceptively crafted and rushed through with Detroit-style back room antics!

I did not think that Cynthia made the changes to the agenda items, as I thought it was a coordinated effort between the communist duo Max Perreault and Ellen Brabo. Ellen has in the past tried to remove my items from the agenda, limit my voice, and the record number of voters that elected me using illegal process alongside her ideological twin Marxist Max.

The hypocrisy of Ellen Brabo attempting coordination of a First Amendment violation in a council meeting against me while actually having a million-dollar lawsuit claiming first amendment violations against the city she pretends to serve is remarkable and highly disengenious!

On top of that, while she has a tremendous case in some areas she could easily win on, she has made highly dishonest claims about me in the federal lawsuit in federal court that will be easily proven. I have seen some long-term acquaintances of her that have called her a snake!

Secondly, the illegal conflict of interest of her playing a major piece in the hire and negotiations and then having the audacity to read a statement from a non-named upcoming city manager is remarkable as well.

This city manager is one who plays a major piece in her lawsuit, and for her to be allowed in the process is a dereliction of duty by our dishonest and highly incapable or incapacitated city attorney who has now on the public record threatened legal action against me and the residents of Washington.

Just like I did not comply with the illegal hiring process of the last city manager that rushed through ending in a 4-0 fire months later, I WILL NOT COMPLY with these illegal contract provisions rushed through dishonestly and deceptively crafted by our city attorney.

Perhaps Bobby Roberson wasn't so bad after all.
